Our school zone

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au. Findmyschool.vic.gov.au hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones. Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.
The Department provides guidance through the School Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations.

How to Enrol

The following documentation must accompany all enrolment equiries;

  • Australian Birth Certificate / Australian Citizenship Certificate
  • Proof of residential address
  • Immunisation History Statement (eg. Medicare)
  • International Passport / Visa (if applicable)
  • Most recent school reports
  • Wellbeing, Inclusion / Medical information

2026 Foundation Enrolments

Starting primary school is an exciting time for children, parents and carers.
In Victoria, the first year of primary school is called Foundation or Prep. To start Foundation (Prep) in 2026, your child will need to turn 5 years old by 30 April 2026. School is compulsory for children who have turned 6 years old.
Victorian government primary schools follow the same timeline to enrol children starting Foundation (Prep) in 2026.

Steps to enrol your child for the 2026 school year

If your child is starting Foundation (Prep) in 2026, you will be able to apply for enrolment at a Victorian government primary school from the start of Term 2, 2025 (Tuesday 22 April 2025).

Step 1 – Between 22 April 2025 and 25 July 2025
Parents/carers to submit enrolment application via VicStudens Portal.
Enrolment applications submitted after 25 July 2025 will be processed by the school as they are received.

Step 2 – Between 28 July 2025 and 8 August 2025
You will be notifited of the outcome of your application.

Accepted Enrolments
Step 3 – After 28 July 2025
Enrolment Officer will invite Parents/carers to sign documents at the Office. 

Step 4 – During Term 4 2025
Additional transition packs will be distributed. Parents/carers will be invited to attend information sessions at school.
